I have had the opportunity of being closely associated with Mr.Kashif Hashmi over last three years at Civil Aviation Authority Pakistan. During his tenure at Civil Aviation Authority he and his team transformed the Administration Directorate to Human Resource Directorate. He successfully implemented new performance appraisal system and introduced the concept of continuous trainings. The commercial directorate is restructured under his leadership with a focus on such areas with will generate future income streams.
